Wonder Woman
Oke News-The Lebanese government will ban Wonder Woman movies because its starring star is Israeli actress Gal Gadot. A Lebanese official said, although the official petition for the ban has not yet been accepted but it is likely that the screening will be banned in view of the hostilities between the two neighboring countries.

Wonder Woman's premiere is scheduled for June 1, 2017 at a cinema in Beirut. Digital movie poster and billboard is already scattered in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.

Relations between Israel and Lebanon broke out in 2006. At that time, on 12 July 2006, Hezbollah's organization attacked Shlomi town in northern Israel with Katyusha missiles. Hezbollah forces also infiltrated Israel. There were 11 Israeli soldiers killed and dozens of people injured. Israel retaliated to attack the southern Lebanese region Hezbollah headquarters.
The Lebanese government then boycotted Jewish products and forbade its people to visit or connect with Israel.

A group called the Israel-Lebanon Supporters Boycott Campaign has stepped up efforts against Wonder Woman movies. On his Facebook page, the group explained that Gal Gadot had been a member of the Israeli military. They expressed support for military policy in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian territories controlled by Hamas.
